A breakage deposit of R1 000 is required and payable on arrival and will be refunded less any telephone and breakage cost, if any, on day of departure. When vacating the premises it is expected that you leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.


TERMS & CONDITIONS of USE

Deposit of 50% of full quote is required to secure booking. Balance will be due on arrival.

In the event of premature departure we will charge for the full original booking.

Cancellation

0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid
29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid
